Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router with a Speedtouch 330 modem?
I'm trying to setup a wireless network with my new Linksys Wireless-G Router (WRT54GC-UK) and there seems to be working with my Thomson SpeedTouch 330 modem! They are two incompatible pieces of hardware? The guide tells me to connect the router to my modem, but the cables provided not fit! Please help! Do I have to buy a new modem? Have I bought a router without funds?
the router is for a cable modem or a modem Ethernet ADSL, unfortunately, the 330 is a cheap USB sppedtouch included free for your Internet service provider (ISP). You have to buy an ADSL modem, Ethernet, to connect to your router, or take back and replace it with a router ADSL modem or router. I would recommend getting a new router personally. rather, the router is not "dud" (lol) is just not designed for ADSL technology!
