How can I tell if my router is DHCP enabled?

Connecting a PC to a LAN port on the router by cable, turn on the router and then turn on the PC. After the PC is fully warmed up, open command prompt (Start, Run – Type cmd and press enter). In the> system command line, type "ipconfig" without quotes and hit enter. You should see an IP address, mask subnet, default gateway and IP address. The two IP addresses is likely to be in the format 192.168.xy where x is usually 0 or 1, and can run from 1 to 254. If you have this, DHCP is enabled. Now log into the router by entering the IP address of default gateway at the Web address in your browser web. Enter the password of the router. Go to the section of the configuration of DHCP – and see the DHCP IP address range and generally all devices connected to it.
