How can I configure my Cisco Linksys Wireless router?
I can not get it to work. My brother just bought. I installed the CD. I have the cables where they are supposed to be … but I think it's even something about how all the lights are on solid … cable if the ports are empty or not, all the lights are on solid does not move from that state. I'm still no internet connection. Can you tell me what to do?
First, connect the ethernet cable directly to your PC and make sure you have Internet access. Then check the connections again. Sometimes the cables are where they are supposed to. If still does not work, turn everything off, PC, router and modem. Wait 30 seconds. Then turn the modem first, then the router and finally the PC. If you still does not work, call Linksys and be able to help. Hope this helps!
