I have a child of 2 Dell Inspiron 1150 laptop and I get a Linksys wireless set.?
The kit comes with the wireless router and the PCI card. Do I need anything else to do that work? I am asking because it is a laptop 2 years old I make the router and the card be compatible with it and not need anything else.
I think it means a PCMCIA (or PC card). A card in the PCI slot is a desktop. The router and card (if that is correct, no PCI) are all you need other then the Internet connection, of course.
