Impossible problem of Xbox 360!?
So I just got a 360 again. My room is upstairs and I have a PC with Windows XP Professional on it. The PC is connected to the Internet through a Linksys USB receiver. I do not want to hand out $ 100 for a wireless adapter from Microsoft and stupid I've tried to shoulder my internet connection from my PC to my 360. I have a Linksys Wired router I've connected up. Each time you connect the 360 directly to my PC Ethernet Jack says your connection, but when I try to connect, the IP address always fails! Whenever I try the router or even connect. Any help to what is increasingly being appreciated! I checked forums and probably 100 has nothing! Step by step instructions would be incredible that I'm out of ideas!
