Linksys Router with DSL?
I'm trying to start a wireless network with my Linksys WRT54G router to a DSL modem. I used this router for a few years with a cable modem and I had no problem, but was not sure that will work with DSL. I completely restart the router and have been able to connect directly and wirelessly to the router (ie I can enter and access the router configuration), but I have not been able to connect to the Internet in any way. TCP / IP are configured to retrieve an IP address. Is there anything in particular I do to connect wirelessly to a DSL connection?
I have the same problem as before. What I did is call the DSL provider and have configured the DSL modem using with and without the wireless router. They made some as magic numbers – Now it's working! Call your DSL provider for assistance. Have a nice day! T17
