I just purchased a Linksys WRT54GC wireless router and need help to install / configure it. I'm using a Verizon Internet provider?
Can someone help me configure the Linksys router so my laptop can access the Internet through the router? Now I'm connected directly to the DSL modem, but when I install the router in place, I can not go online. Can anyone help me configure it? Thank you. Use the Utility CD that came with the Linksys router. Make sure your computer is already connected to the Internet through the modem, then run the CD and follow the instructions. She will have the phone line running from the wall into the modem, the ethernet cable that goes from the modem into the router.
