Timeout connection with the MacBook Pro Airport Wireless and Linksys Wireless Router – How can I get it to work?
I have a signal from the router, but can not establish a connection via AirPort wireless. When trying to connect to the network it says "connection timeout".
EDIT: Not that I'm losing my connection, I just can not connect at all. This happens no matter how close to get to the base station. It is not the signal strength, because iStumbler is registering at 99%.
Macs have very bad Internet connections, what happens to me all the time. For Mac, you need to be (at most), as 40 feet away from the source to get a good connection. If that happens, no matter where you are, you should probably call for service.
