DDWRT Questions?
I have several points in my neighborhood and was thinking of putting a Linksys router to my wifi antenna. My dish is mounted on a programmable TV rotor finally I want to mount on the roof. First, I want to know how easy it is DDWRT firmware. That is, my goal is simply to rid my PC of the coaxial antenna (give me more freedom as to where I put the PC and possibly get rid of signal loss) and the router mounting directly on the plate. I wonder first, wireless PC will have full control of the router ?…. Secondly, I will easily be able to pick and choose which connection I use without having to go through a ritual with the software? I wont be using the SOP if nothing until you clear.
If you know your way into Linux, then there will be a problem. First make sure you work with your set-up and then set up step by step. You'll find many tutorials on its website and its forums. As to your second question the answer is yes.
