My internet keeps randomly freezing?
Wired or wireless, no matter what I'm doing in any of the 3 teams at home. Everything goes through a Linksys WRT54G. Reset my cable modem from the ISP and reset the router has done nothing. Any suggestions? I've searched every time option in the configuration. (192.168.1.___, etc. Go in the bar) Do not be rude, but none of these responses take into account that 3 completely different computers (2 others Ethernet cable, 1 cable) have the same problem.
Mine was doing the same thing a few days ago and I did some things that helped. I'm not 100 percent sure that helped the most because I did one after another 1. Run your virus scan. Worm viruses, etc. UPS can cause frostbite. 2. Clean up temporary files Internet browsing history and cookies, once again all these things you can bring to a halt. 3. Check to see how fund programs that are running many. add too many things going at once (anti-virus programs, programs like LimeWire, etc) freezes you too. Hope this helps! ******************* Edit if a computer virus contracted by any other computer on the network could be infected through file sharing
