Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter does not see the router?
My friend recently got his Xbox 360 wireless adapter a few months ago. The adapter is the older Xbox Wireless-G Model (MN740) and for some reason you are having a problem connecting to your router. He has a Linksys Router WRT54G2. Your connection to your router worked very well until the other day when it resets your router (the connection was less). He had disconnected the power and put back and now in its Xbox 360 can not see your wireless network from your router. I am a bit of a high-tech geek, I've checked all your settings for the router and tried everything from different channels to changes in their environment in 360, but nothing has worked. He mentioned that the adapter yet given a green light flashing at a steady pace, but will not find your network. I have checked and made sure the SSID and changed its projection to a different SSID, but still nothing. If somebody could help me out, really appreciate it.
You can try to restore the wireless adapter. Or you can start the command prompt in Windows and find the IP address of your router uses (use of Microsoft's help when doing this). And changing the settings on the Xbox. Besides, I do not know.
