soo, this is my problem I I have my computer and Xbox 360 im trying to run live so I guess I need the router to get the Internet … I already have a Linksys Wireless-G USB Network Adapter 2.4 802.11 GHz my brother gave it to me I can use that to get a wireless signal to my 360? if there is a specific type of router that I can use the receiver on the desktop other computer i assume a Linksys G is compatible with the receiver … But Im just lost plz help i can get a router and connect my internet to that and then again at 360 to through an Ethernet cord right? Is there a specific type of router to make life better or faster
Can not connect wirelessly unless you purchase a LAN adapter for Wi-Fi 360. They cost about $ 100. Personally, I just put a good Ethernet cable long on mine. Works well. WRK54G I use a Linksys (I use the phone to my laptop, PS3 and Wii, and just pop into a wired connection for my 360), and have not had speed problems with Live (and not even a new router or particularly expensive).
