Is there a way to use a Wireless-B Ethernet Bridge as an access point?

This is what I have and I know I can do, I have a Webstar modem cable. I do not at this time to have a working router, but I have a Linksys Wireless-B Ethernet Bridge can simply connect the bridge to the modem, configure it. and use as an access point (like a wireless router), my computers have wireless network cards (I have 2 systems) so I can connect my computer to Wireless Internet. (so insted of connect the modem to a wireless router and after the 2 computers connect to the Internet via wireless router) Please let me know if I can do this, if you know how to configure the bridge, please let me know step by step guide. Thanks;)

Sorry, but the answer is no. We would need the model number of your Linksys. If the wireless extender does not have a WAN port (it would look like a regular CAT5 connector but probably apart from the LAN ports). If you have a Linksys WET11 then definitely not. Fortunately, you can get a 802.11b wireless router used for as little as $ 10 on eBay.
