Wireless stops receiving packets?
I Tryed to change wireless channel, I checked every cable in our home connecting our modem, router, access pointt and the PCI card. I disconnected everything from my computer or router that could interfere with the connection. I tryed other software wireless front windows zero configuration, I have a PCI Wireless 54G WMP, BEFSR41 router and a wireless access point WAP54G, all are made by Linksys. I receive very few packages or none at all …. apreicaiated any help. last time i checked it was 60,000 packets sent, received and 17,000.
You can use an application as WireShark to monitor the actual traffic, indicating the issue, if any. Sometimes you send more than they receive. http://www.wireshark.org
